2011 Volkswagen Touran Bluemotion

At the recent launch in August 2010 The new 2011 Volkswagen Touran Bluemotion with a fresh style in both interior and exterior and a new 1.6-liter TDI engine to get the results of fuel consumption of less than 5 liters per 100 km for the first time (4.6 liters per 100 km) which an increase in fuel efficiency of 27% from the previous models.

The new 2011 Volkswagen Touran Bluemotion Technology version equipped with new turbocharged engine 1.2 liter TSI produce 105 PS and 175 Nm of torque and fuel consumption of 5.9 liters per 100 km with CO2 emission level estimated to 139 g/km, the Stop/Start system and regeneration battery.

In addition to the Bluemotion Technology version, the new 2011 Volkswagen Touran available a natural gas engines (TSI EcoFuel), petrol (TSI) and four diesel engines (TDI) with power outputs ranging from 66 kW/90 PS to 125 kW/170 PS with 3 variants S, SE and Sport, the exterior and the interior comes with the roof rails, air conditioning, alloy wheels, CD stereo system, ABS, Electronic Stabilization Program (ESP) and six airbags all fitted as standard and capable to carry seven adults with three rows of seats.

Other changes made are to extend the front wings, rear lights, tailgate, bumper, bonnet and front bumper are joined by the new mirrors. To help the driver to perform parallel and diagonal parking provided the newly developed system named “Park Assist”, this system is also available on a new Sharan.
